So insurance doesn't become another thing you have to manage.

Most business owners didn't get into business to think about insurance. You've got people to manage, jobs to run, and a hundred things pulling at your attention every day. Insurance is supposed to just work — but it usually doesn't, because nobody's really watching the whole picture.
That's what I do. I've been in insurance for 25 years — the last 15 almost exclusively with small business owners in industries I know well, like restaurants and contractors. I work with 21 carriers, so I'm not locked into one company's options. And I handle both commercial and personal coverage, because business owners have unique needs on the personal side that most personal lines agents don't understand or think to bring up — like why your liability limits matter more than you think, or why you're probably overinsured in some places and underinsured in others.
My approach is straightforward: you have my number, you text me, I handle it. The buck stops with me. I have a team that helps keep things running, but I'm the one you talk to and the one responsible for your account.
You've got turnover, you've got audits coming every year, and your workers comp bill is probably higher than it needs to be. This is what I do most, and if your claims history is clean, there's a good chance I can get you into a program that cuts your comp costs significantly.

Reaching out doesn't commit you to anything. Here's what happens.
We talk through what you have, what's changed, and where things feel unclear. I'll ask a few questions and give you my honest take — including whether I think I can actually help. No pressure to move forward.
If it makes sense to work together, I review how everything's structured — commercial, personal, the whole picture. A lot of the time, I can find ways to increase the coverage that matters and reduce what doesn't, which often brings the total cost down even if we don't change carriers.
I don't disappear after the policy is written. When something changes — a new location, a staffing shift, an audit — I'd rather deal with it proactively than have it surprise you later. You're not calling a 1-800 number or getting passed to someone who doesn't know your account.
I care about keeping costs down — I'm a business owner too. But I start by getting the coverage right, because the cheapest option that doesn't actually protect you isn't saving you anything.
That said, most of my clients are surprised at what happens when someone actually reviews how things are structured. There's almost always a way to get better coverage and spend less — not by cutting corners, but by fixing things that were never set up right in the first place.
I write up the things I find myself explaining to clients over and over — how audits work, what your coverage options actually mean, how premiums are calculated, when to file a claim and when not to. It's all here if you want to dig in.
If I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll tell you. I'd rather point you in the right direction than waste your time.
If you want to talk, I'm easy to reach.
