What to expect

When you reach out, you're talking directly to me — not a call center, not an assistant, not a chatbot.

I respond to most texts and emails the same day. If something needs more time, I'll let you know. I don't chase people, I don't pressure anyone, and I don't do the hard sell. My job is to be useful — whether that turns into working together or not.

Most clients use the app for routine tasks — pulling up insurance ID cards, requesting certificates, submitting policy changes, viewing documents. It saves time and keeps things moving without waiting on calls or emails.

Certificate Requests

Need a certificate of insurance? Text me or request one through the app. I handle these daily and they typically go out the same day.

Policy Changes

Adding a vehicle, a location, an employee — things change constantly when you're running a business. Reach out however is easiest and I'll take care of it.

Coverage Reviews

I review how everything fits together — commercial, personal, or both — and walk through what's changed, what matters most, and where there might be room to improve. Sometimes that leads to changes now. Other times it's about getting ahead of something before it becomes a problem.

Renewals and Audits

I stay on top of renewal timelines so nothing catches you off guard. For audits, I can work directly with your bookkeeper to get the numbers right before the auditor shows up — not after.

Claims Support

If something happens, I'm your first call. I help you through the process, make sure nothing gets missed, and stay involved until it's resolved.
