Who this covers

This page explains how Ben Page Insurance, a trade name of Page Insurance (“we,” “I”), handles your information and text messages. We are an independent insurance agency with our office in Idaho Falls, Idaho, licensed in Idaho and Utah.

Text messaging (SMS)

Consent. When you text the number listed on this site, or give it to me, you agree to exchange text messages with me about your insurance.

What I send. Messages are conversational and account-related — quotes, certificates, renewals, questions, and replies to you. I do not send marketing blasts.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on our conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out won't affect your coverage.

No sharing for marketing. Your mobile number and the contents of our texts are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

The form on this site

The form on this site collects your name, your phone number, your message, and a photo if you choose to attach one. I use it only to reply to you — there's no newsletter and no list. If the photo you send is a policy document, a declarations page or an audit bill, it's handled the same way as any other client record: stored with your file, shared only with the people needed to answer your question, and never sold.

Information I collect

To quote and service insurance, I may collect what you choose to share — name, contact information, business details, and documents like declarations pages or policies. I use it only to give you quotes, place and service coverage, and respond to you.

How I use and share it

I share your information with insurance companies and the people needed to quote, bind, and service your coverage — for example, an underwriter or an insurance company's own system — and as required by law. I don't sell your personal information.

How it's kept

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask what information I have, ask me to correct it, or opt out of texts (reply STOP). To make a request, contact me using the details below.
